Show your home off
De-Personalize. Don't have family photo's everywhere, buyers needs to see their self in this home. Do away with all distractions, let them see their things in place of yours.
De-Clutter- Remove things that are just lying around or stuffed in closets and pack it into boxes and place in garage or storage. Too many things make the home look smaller than it actually is.
Make -Repairs- Have a handyman come out and do any minor repairs to dress the house up. It will show better and it will have to be done sooner or later.
Eliminate Odors- Place deodorizes thru out the home. Do away with pet items. Clean carpets. Clean the outside as well. Needs to have good curb appeal.
